Introduction : In 2025, Europe has emerged as a very large economy. Some of its member countries are in the category of developed countries. After the coming to power of US President Donald Trump, Europe stands at a decisive turning point in terms of security and defense. For more than two years, the war between Russia and Ukraine has been going on. This Ukraine war has deeply changed the strategic situation of the entire continent.
